House restoration and landscape project | 2015-2016
This iconic house had more than 20 years without maintenance when its new owners bought it. The project requested took almost two year to execute and involved from the reconditioning of roof drains, restoration of the wooden romanillas that make up almost the entire house. The bathrooms and kitchen areas had to be redone. A contemporary interior and exterior lighting project was commissioned as well as a proposal for new landscaping for its three Gardens, (an inner courtyard and two adjacent gardens), which were commissioned to John Stoddart, Landscape architect of important career. I carried out all detail designs, all projects and construction management and supervision.
